Your child attends on a set weekly schedule: 5 days (M–F) or 3 days (MWF). Same teachers, same classmates, same routines. This is where deep developmental work happens.
Best for: Families who want maximum consistency and kindergarten readiness.

Flexibility With A Plan
Submit your schedule two weeks in advance and attend 8 or 12 days per month. Find structure with room to breathe. Changes inside one week incur a $25 adjustment fee.

Why Is Infant Care More?
California requires one teacher for every four infants, compared to one for every twelve preschoolers — that's 3x the teaching staff per child.
Higher ratios mean more one-on-one attention, more responsive care, and a calmer environment. The tuition reflects the real cost of doing this right.

Kern County offers child care subsidies through the Community Connection for Child Care (CCCC). These programs can significantly reduce - or even cover - monthly tuition. We are a registered subsidy provider, and qualifying families receive the same program, classrooms, and teachers as every other family.
Here's what most families don't know:
You may already qualify.
Eligibility thresholds are higher than most people expect. We accept subsidies, and we will actually help you see if you qualify and walk you through the paperwork.
We call it our Subsidy Concierge service, and no other school in Bakersfield does this.
Eligibility is determined by Kern CCCC, not by AGTO. We guide you through the process and connect you with the right resources, but cannot guarantee approval. Learn more online or call (877) 861-5200.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes — a one-time $25 registration fee per child, per year. That's it.
What’s included in tuition?

Everything. All meals, snacks, classroom materials, daily app updates, and full CDSS-ratio staffing. No supply fees, activity fees, or hidden charges.
Can I switch programs?

Absolutely. If your needs change, talk to Amy (our Director) and we'll find the right fit. We'd rather adjust your plan than lose your family.

When is tuition due?

Flourish and Flow tuition is billed on the 1st of each month for that month's care. Fun (drop-in) is billed at each visit checkout.
